Reservation Policy

• Check-in time at Twin Garden by TAPSOM is 12 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.
• If our check-in/check-out timings do not suit your travel plans, kindly inform us in advance. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior notice, subject to availability, and may be chargeable directly.
• A compulsory gala dinner/lunch supplement may be applicable during Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year's, or other festive periods.
• Cancellations or alterations to bookings are entertained, provided prior information is given in advance of your check-in date. Please refer to our reservation, cancellation, and amendment policy below.
• We are an adult- and couple-friendly hotel. Both guests must be above 21 years of age, as per law, and must carry valid photo identification.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and address proof are required at check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity document.
• If the booking has been made using a credit/debit card, the cardholder must be one of the travelers.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation that appears to involve fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or that has resulted from a mistake or error.
• Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Requests outside this window will be chargeable.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges (Online and Offline Bookings):

• Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: No refund.
• More than 72 hours prior to arrival: 30% of the total tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Amendment Policy

Amendments made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a 30% amendment charge on the total tariff, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the revised dates. No amendments will be permitted within 72 hours of the check-in date and time.
